Teachers, students, and marrieners alike bustled by, not paying the smallest attention to the girl looking through the paned glass. It was always busy this time of year; when new students were going in and out of stores, trying to get what they need from Diagon Alley. She quirked a smile, and closed her robe to close in the warmth of her own body so she wasn't frigid from the cold outside. Naida's eyes fell upon a first year, always tellable by their rounded eyes and skiddish movements. She was a young girl, and every other person that went by her seemed to bump or push her out of the way with no concern. As a seventh year, Naida knew better than to go and help her, for it was a part of Hogwarts that everyone had to get used to. The first year was always the hardest for everyone, and that experience would train and teach you for the many strange and wonderful things to come, for the next six years.
She yawned, sitting back onto a bench in front of the clothing shop, her eyes still gazing upon the ones who knew not exactly what to do. A chuckle even escaped her throat, as she rolled her eyes and thought back about her father. He had always tried to pound the thought into her, to do anything and everything she could to be a good witch; practically, he wanted her to be the best witch ever to come out of Hogwarts. Naida's graduation would be soon and he was very aware of that too. The six years that had gone past seemed a blur, and it took her mind alot of focusing just to simply think of the various, magical events that had taken place. It was mindboggoling, the way time and space seems to stop when she is at the witchcraft and wizadry 'university', but it was all worth it now that she had enough knowledge and voracity to maybe even become a teacher one day. Great...taking care of little 1st years while they try to make their way up the rankining ladder in Hogwarts. Doesn't exactly seem like my idea of an amusing job. Ah, but how amusing would it be.. Snapping to attention, her highlighted hair whisping in the cool wind that was blowing throughout the crowded streets, she turned around and walked into the shop to search for things to bring back to the school with her, once it started.
Right away a musty, old smell came through her nostrils, and she was forced to bring her hand to her mouth in a cough so as she didn't hack one of her lungs out. It was disgusting, but breathable, and so Naida pressed on. Long rows of smiliar black robes, streamlining down on hangar upon hangar. They seemed newly pressed, and anyone that walked into the shop with somewhat of an experience with wearing them, could tell that these cloths had never touched fresh air; straight from the presses to the shelves. When she finally came upon the first few rows that were for Gryffindor, a smile rose on her face and she raised a hand to gently caress the sides and sleeves of her classmates to come. It wasn't like she was emotional about this sort of thing, but after all that the newcomers would go through, they certainly needed strength to make it through the trials that they are yet to face.
A blonde boy, not even at the age of twelve it seemed, hurried in the shop and closed the door with a hard bang against the chilly wind. He muttered his apologies to Madam Malkin who didn't seem too happy about the subject, and swept past Naida without so much as a glance upward to her face. If the boy were to stand right next to her, he wouldn't even come up to her chest, and yet he acted as if he had all the time in the world to blow her off, as to focus on his new items he had purchase. The more expensive, darker and silkier robes lay toward the top of the rack, and she noticed right away that he was forced to go much farther down to the long line of robes, to a section that seemed dirtier and grindgy. No Hogwarts apparel was made to look horrible, but the leftover fabric had to go somewhere, and that was why it had been so cheap. Even his wand looked cheap, which could be obviously seen through the slip in his current jacket. Walking a few steps away from him, Naida tried to not act like she had noticed, but as she looked through the top 5 Gryffindor robes, she could feel eyes upon her from the little boy with blonde hair.
"You're a 7th year, aren't you?" The voice startled her at first, and paused before looking over to him, only a few feet away. "Yes." She answered briefly, not really feeling up to dealing with all the questions, statements, and wavering voices that usually acccompanied the younger members that were entering Hogwarts in the beginning of the year. Nodding his head he looked away for a second before returning to her gaze. The blonde boy watched her as she pulled the blackest robe off the shelf, one of the nicest out of all of them, and tried it one for size. It fit perfectly, and she grinned before allowing it to slide solemnly off her shoulders. "What's your name? Mine's Edger Wreckford." Sighing, Naida turned around and walked up to the boy. "Naida. And so, if they're are no more questions, I'm planning on continuing shopping." The boy backed off a bit, and turned his head back to the graying cloths in front of him, a sour look plastered on his face. Naida coudln't help but be amused as he huffed and puffed. She had been nice enough; he was obviously at least a two year with the confidence he had to speak to her and then mumble when she left.
Walking up to the counter, the 7th year placed it down and waited for the shopowner, Malkin, to make her way up through the many dark passages of robes and other clothing, to ring her up. She tapped her manicured fingernails on the counter, placing the large amount of money needed for the robe ontop of it as well. Turning around to face the door, the girl watched for anyone else that might enter, maybe even somebody she knows.

Diagon Alley was one of the busiest wizarding streets at this time of year. Everyone was rushing to find last minute supplies, books, and robes. Despite all of the chaos and chatter that was emitted from passerby, where a tall fair haired boy stood it was far less hectic. The stretch of rickety cobblestone that connected Diagon Alley and Knockturn Alley was entirely empty. Despite the streets being so closely connected, most of the people shopping in Diagon Alley never had a reason to visit Knockturn Alley. And similarly, the odd folk in Knockturn Alley never had a reason to visit Diagon Alley. Jude Morte walked up to enter the crowded streets of Diagon Alley but stopped for a moment to observe the scene in front of him. Children, teenagers, and adults alike were all packed in to the area, filing in to various stores and such, but no one dared to turn down the road that Jude stood on. From where he stood at the empty connection to Knockturn Alley, it almost seemed as if all the people made up a massive train that rushed past.
Jude wasn't the type of person that always liked to be by himself, but honestly, who could want to enter a hoard of people such as this? Even being alone seemed more appealing. With narrowed eyes, he stared at the people passing by for a second. It was all a little nauseating, really. All these giddy little first and second years that were only just getting used to the system. As much as Jude despised them he also would be far less happy without them. See, without younger years, Jude would hold less power over people than he does already. The first and second years were so easily manipulated. You didn't even have to take action. All you had to do was threaten them, and they'd be at your will in an instant.
Shrugging away the thought, the tall boy proceeded to enter the jam-packed streets of the Alley. His tall frame made it easier for him to navigate over the far shorter frames of worrying mothers and their newly accepted Hogwarts students. Having just been shopping in Knockturn Alley, Jude never really got a chance to test out his purchase. Perhaps some poor unsuspecting person around here would be his first quarry. The street, however, was much too full to find any one particular person to test this mysterious item on, so Jude decided he'd find a much less crowded shop. He passed Flourish and Blotts; nope. It was probably the fullest store around. Everyone inside seemed to be packed in like sardines. Walking further, Jude spotted Madam Malkin's Robes for All Occasions; perfect. There were still quite a few customers, but it would be far easier to find one person to be his victim.
Ah, perfect. A little blonde boy hurried in to the shop. Jude thought he was probably a first year. Maybe a second year if he was lucky. Either way he appeared the perfect bait. Jude felt around in his pocket for the dark magical item he had purchased earlier in Borgin and Burkes. His slender fingers grasped the small box in which the item rested and a small smirk curved the edge of his lips. What was it? A spidery instrument, rather like a many-legged tweezers. All one had to do was simply take it out of the box and drop it down the back of a shirt, or in to the trousers, etc. of another and they would be greeted by a most unpleasant surprise. The sharp points on the item were quite painful. Not enough to do any severe damage, but enough to hurt like hell.
Jude entered the store after to boy and pretended to observe some highly priced robes while the boy wandered off. Just when Jude was planning his attack, his affairs were temporarily put to a halt as the boy decided to go over and talk to a girl nearby. Jude surveyed the girl for a moment and recognized her as a Gryffindor seventh year. He had seen her around Hogwarts before, but of course he never socialized with her. She was a Gryffindor after all. For a moment he worried his arrangement would be foiled as the boy didn't seem to be leaving. Pff these Gryffindors always have to be so nice to those stupid firsties... Jude thought. But soon his thoughts were cut short when the girl surprised him. She had dismissed the pouting little boy and Jude's ideas for a bit of amusement at the debt of another were put back in to motion.
Wiping the grin and any sign of evil planning off his face, Jude strolled over to the young boy and stared down at him. Being far larger than him didn't help Jude's idea of putting on the visage of an innocent and nonviolent seventh year merely shopping for some new robes. "Don't worry, they're not all so vicious," he told the boy with a smile and motioned toward the Gryffindor girl suddelly. He seemed glad to have at least someone be nice to him and nodded thankfully. Jude nodded back and patted the kid on the back. In doing so he placed the spidery instrument on the boy's back and it began to gently crawl up and in to the back of his shirt. "It only gets better. I promise," Jude reassured the kid again before turning on his heel to go look at some robes, but out of the corner of his eye he kept close watch. Already the boy was starting to place a hand on the back of his neck, when suddenly only a moment later he had started yelping "Ow!!!"
Jude snickered while he pretended to continue browsing. The boy danced about, trying to figure out what was pinching him all over. Jude quietly laughed now, amused by the kid's suffering. My was it ever fun for him to watch the demise of others. While the boy made a fool of himself, it was obvious his already shaken confidence would only be further diminished. Cruelty truly took an art form in Jude Morte, and this little prank of his was nothing compared to his usual ways of conducting.

'...vicious' A roll of the eyes in the two boys' direction proved that they were, in fact, talking about her. Naida allowed a scowl at the edge of the mouth but didn't act like she was affected by it at all. Just like a male, to not notice the differenced between the integrity of a Gryffindor girl, and one that didn't want to be messed with. When Madam Malkin finished with her, she folded her old robe into her deep purple bag, and replaced it with the dark one on her back. Robes always felt their most comfortable, when they were brand new and ready to be displayed to the rest of the outside world. She forced a smile to build her own self considence, and twirled in a dust-cluttered mirror that was by the entrance. It looked nice and her, and brought out the sensual hair that was adored by many; the likes of which she despised most of the time.
The yelp and yowls of the young blonde boy reached her ears, and Naida turned around before she walked out the door. He was grasping and clawing at his back as if something had bit him, a pained look on his face and a dance about his feet. A smile couldn't help but force its way through, no matter how childish it was. Immaturity was common of the Slytherin class, and this boy who was sitting back and cracking his own practical jokes didn't seem any different. Relief only came when the prickly, crawling thing that had been terrorizing him dropped out of his shirt sleeve and onto the wooden floor. It made a sliding sound, and began doing circles, looking for another victim. The blonde boy whimpered, grabbing his bag and forgetting about the robe that he had wanted. A bell rang as he ran out of the classroom, Madam Malkin fast on his heels to chew him out.
Naida sighed and walked toward the creepy play-toy, picking it up to where it couldn't attack her, and continued her prance toward the other student. Yes, he was recognizable, but the face couldn't match a name in her depository, and so she shrugged it off. She held it in front of his face, it dangling and emmitting a sound that seemed like a growl, but shaking it a bit quieted it down. I'm guessing that this belongs to you...after all, Slytherin students are known to have their little quirks about terrorizing younger collegues. Having amusement of your immaturity, are you?
She quirked an eyebrow at him, moving forward within a foot of him and dropping it in his hand. The thing squealed and settled into his master's palm, settling nicely as it drew the prickles in. Not nice to piss off Madam Malkin with roughhousing, you know.. An amusing look of her own sparked curiousity on her face, as she turned to pick up her bag once more. He seemed happy enough to play pranks on people younger than him, and yet the man didn't have the ordasity to mess with her at even the tinyest bit. Flipping her hair out and running her hand briefly down the side of her robe, eyes flickered and watched for any return of a comeback. Arguing with Slytherins was usually the hightlight of her day, but with no response from him, it didn't seem like this would be her day.

The boy danced about wildly but eventually (and unfortunately for Jude) the toy fell out his sleeve. On the bright side he had scared the poor kid in to oblivion. Jude watched him dash out of the shop like a mad man and snickered to himself even further. His childish pranks never ceased to amuse him. The Gryffindor girl that had dismissed the young boy earlier had picked up the spidery metal instrument and came toward Jude. Jude sighed and leaned one arm on the top of the clothing rack as she spoke. Much to Jude's dismay, the fact was proven that Gryffindors always seemed to find a way to spoil the fun. "Yes, thank you I have had my share of amusement. Way to spoil the fun..." Jude replied softly. He caught the intrument of torture in his hand and stuffed it back in to his pocket.
Jude just shrugged at her next remark. He would normally be bothered that she had enforced the rules on him, but he was so used to it now that it didn't even register in his brain anymore that he was actually doing something wrong. As if he cared about Madam Malkin... Jude took the fact that she was standing within a foot of him as a way to invade her space and bother her."Well I guess I'm just not all that nice then," he retorted moving his face closer to hers as he spoke. If she was one of those shy timid gryffindor girls, that probably would have made her a little uneasy, but somehow Jude didn't get the impression that she was shy or timid at all. Afterall, she had stood up to him and told him his place.
He watched her pick up her bag and prepare to go, but Jude wasn't quite done having his fun yet. "You know, you look awfully familiar... What's your name again? Nadia? Natalie? Something like that?" he asked with an expression that looked entirely honest but behind it Jude was thinking of ways to further toy with her. He knew her name was Naida. Jude had had a few classes with her this year and in previous years. Jude always remembered her name because she was quite attractive, even if she was in Gryffindor. It sounded completely shallow and the typical thoughts of any pigheaded guy, but that always seemed to be the way Jude worked. ooc| sorry, short.. =[

The spiky mechanical prank of a toy finally clammered back to Jude, as he stood back and made sneazily little comments about Naida. He said she spoiled the fun...and it wasn't like she was spoiling; more like she was returning to him was was his. Placing her hands on her hips and leaning back a bit as he looked at her strangely, this girl wasn't the type to back down to any challenge. She stood taller, placing her shoulders back and bunching her eyebrows atop her forehead. It was all she could do to hold back her hand from slapping him, but that wouldn't exactly be 'Hogwarts student material.' A sigh escaped her plump lips, as she looked away for a second, and out the dusty window to the streets still bustling with people after people, wizard after wizard. They were all busy, all having their own errands to run and their own tables to turn before Hogwarts started up soon.
When Naida turned her face back, to her suprise, a pair of eyes gleamed back at her. It was then and only then did she notice that he had moved a whole lot closer to her, and was standing only inches away now, his face even closer. A tinge in the bottom of her stomach began to eat away at the security blanket that she always had around her. The feeling was nauseating, and if it were an ounce more she would have most likely 'lost her lunch'. But her emotions and her food stayed in tact, as her eyes fluttered twice before, staring back. 'I'm not that nice..' Talk about overstating the obvious, and Naida rolled her eyes in defiance. All her nerves twitched, wanting to be set free of the overpowering situation that this Slytherin male had just put her into. What was she to do about it...push him away? Slap him? Kiss him?
No, that wasn't anywhere near possible for him. Of course, he might like it, but it would have been utterly out of her personality to do such a thing. Instead, a smirk plastered on her face, and her lip raised back in rebuttle.
No, I think I've noticed you aren't the sweetest of the bunch.
Naida pulled herself even closer, to where he could feel his moist, hot breath on her face. She ignored it, but with every inch the knot tighting against her abs pushed and pushed on her brain, screaming for her to run screaming out of the shop. But the cold-hearted ways of her father had shown to her to never back down, and always trust your instincts that the significant other was weaker than yourself. Placing one manicured hand in the middle of his chest, she gently pushed while looking fiercly into his eyes; every word articulated profoundly and as strong as she could get her wavering voice to become. His heartbeat could be felt through her palm, and it was beating fast. Or...maybe that was her own.
Hm..seems to me that you need to pay a bit more attention studying your articulates than focusing on the girls in the hall, fly-boi. It's Naida, if you really must know; but then again you know you knew it anyway. What, Jude, have you not had me for the past 6 years, or was that just a figmant of my imagination.
Her deep blue-brown eyes struck out to him, the mascara that curled her eyelashes shown violently black and made it look even more fierce. Stepping back a bit with her legs, she slid her hand off his chest but kept her eyes just as strong. There was a tinge of relief, and she sighed before taking a long breath that cleared away her anxiety. The awkwardness gone for her, she looked back at him with wavering confidence. How did he do this to her, time after time; take away the bad-ass image that she put up for everyone else? Mentally shaking it off, Naida feared that he could see right, straight through her.

When she sighed and looked away for a moment, Jude was worried that her attention was momentarily shifted from him, to something more entertaining. Jude was the kind of person that constantly needed all kinds of attention festered on him and him alone. Kind of like a two year old who always wants attention from the grown ups. It didn't help that Jude has also been a spoiled brat since birth, and was an only child on top of that. It is almost in his makings for him to be the way he is.
Jude had a feeling he was greatly discomforting Naida, but when she replied she spoke with the same confidence that Jude normally did. No, I think I've noticed you aren't the sweetest of the bunch. Jude just grinned broadly without responding. She stepped closer and he got the impression she had wanted to be closer to him. Jude's mind had a way of always thinking that every girl he had ever conversed with was swooning over him seconds later. It was cocky, and not to mention concieted as well but again, that was Jude. Instead of doing something Jude had fantasized she'd do, Naida pushed him back wards. He took a small step back to support his weight before bringing his foot back to stand beside the other.
He listened to her carry out a stream of witticism in retort to his audacious comments. Jude had heard the first one on countless occassions. People were always telling to focus on something other than girls. But for Jude that was easier said than done. He then decided to reply in the best way he knew how; with an incredible amount of teasing banter. "Actually, I thought you were a figment of my imagination," Jude said with a smirk as he abruptly surveyed her up and down, making it very obvious.

OOC:[don't worry, you don't have to rush, sorry I kinda RUSHED you, lol. I have alot of musy at the moment -winks-]
His cockiness was the same as before, by stance, anyway. She half quirked a smile at his words, actually tired of rolling her eyes. Naida turned to smirking instead, but as his eyes looked her up and down, she began to feel a bit self-conscious. Guys were always doing that, and each time, she had to flinch and remove herself from their gaze before she began blubbering all over her words. The feeling that she was about to do that, wavered over her again.
I'm sure you thought that, lover boy. Why don't you do yourself a favor, and put it back in your pants, eh?
She grinned, trying to hide it while turning around, with her back facing to him. The girl ran her hands around a few things in the shop, opposite of him purposely, random things that were much less pricey than her taste was usually accustomed to. Eyes kept watch for him, and would occasionally glance in his direction. Was this what he had come in here to do? Terrorize some people, and then annoy and try to hit on all the rest of the people? Sighing, she stuck her hair up in a high bun with two strands hanging around her rounded face, and checked it in one of the moving mirrors that roamed around looking for customers. After it had waddled off, Naida turned and looked where she had last seen Jude.
She didn't like him, didn't talk to him much, and heck, she wasn't even in his House class. And yet here she was, Miss drama-starting-ice-witch [according to most girls], looking for guy in an opposing group of people, and wondering where he had gone in the middle of a robe shop. A striking red, velvet skirt caught her attention, and it looked formal enough to wear to any place that school uniforms weren't required. This was definetly the type of place that had 'for any occasion' type of wear, because no one saw anything like this in the shops closer to Hogwarts. There, you saw nothing but robes, socks, shoes and the occasonal undies shoppers.
Grabbing it off the shelf, Naida placed it over her shoulder. One thing stuck out...it was way too short to wear around Hogwarts. She decided to buy it anyway; maybe she would be able to wear it when she got back to her villa-home when the school year was over. With her dad gone, more primpy attire was acceptable around her house. The shopowner returned, busying herself with fabric for clothes and the busying sewing needles that were working by their lonesomes, fixing up new robes and other clothings to replace the ones bought off the racks. In a bored mood already, wandering eyes continued to search the rows of clothes, to see what Jude had been up to. When he got quiet, he usually had something up his sleeve.

ooc| lol all this replying gets a little bit overwhelming when i cant keep up x] plus i type like 5 letters a minute xD sorry I took so long; done!
All Jude could do was laugh at her comment. Now there was something he hadn't heard before. He imagined people probably thought it but never had the courage to tell him off the way Naida did. Matching an equally childish smirk he replied, "Aw, I thought you liked it..." Jude's taunting quirks really never saw an end. He couldn't even stop himself anymore, the remarks just flowed out of him and were (unfortunately for everyone else) never ending.
Clearly Jude was very misled as Naida turned her back to him and proceeded to occupy herself with robe shopping. A little taken aback, he assumed she had decided to spend her time more effectively, but the way she glanced back at him made him wonder otherwise. Turning on his heel Jude decided that two could play at this game. He browsed through racks of some clean cut school robes, and as he did so remained very quiet so as not to draw attention to himself even though she appeared to be keeping a close watch on him. Jude very slowly made his way along lines of robes to where Naida was. When she'd glance at him he'd look away and whistle, badly pretending he had no idea that she was looking at him. And when she'd looks elsewhere Jude would focus his gaze on the back of her head so she thought she was being watched.
He watched her pick out a rather scandalous skirt and a smug look rested upon Jude's sharp features yet again. Her wandering eyes continued to browse aimlessly while she seemed to be watching Jude out of the corner of her eye. He disappeared from her sight for a moment then quietly made his way to a rack of clothing that was behind Naida. Jude startled to whistle annoyingly as he pretended to continue browsing. Madam Malkin gave him a stern glare that said 'shut up or get out of my shop', but Jude neglected to desist anyway.
Jude knew by now that he had caught Naida's attention yet again, even if by doing on of the most annoying thing you could do in a store while people were quietly trying to browse. He treaded around the rack of clothing and robes to stand behind Naida. "Hey, I'd like to see you in that, love," Jude remarked, raising his thick eye brows up and down obnoxiously while motioning to the skirt over his shoulder. After she picked up a skirt like that the opportunity was there, and it was impossible for Jude to neglect addressing that in the most perverted way possible. Technically he could have said something far more inappropriate, but then, Madam Malkin was already displeased with him and she wasn't standing out of ear's reach.

Many first years walked in all looked different and nervous. They knew nothing of the hogwart Life and it would take one year to get us to it. They walked in and out with parents or with out parents. Some had books other didn't, some had owls others did not. They all just walked in and out not caring who they hit or how hard they hit them. They just walked with no care in the world. Teachers came in and out and so did other wizards and witches but it seemed that today was a busy day, It was full of people getting everything they needed for school, and some just here to meet people.
A blonde girl walked in, She was a 1st year and you could tell. She was nervous and yet excited. She stopped a few feet from the door and looked around. She had a few thing in her hand and she was here for her last thing. Robes, She had heard this was the place to get them so she came in. She saw a few people in her being measured and putting robes on. She was alittle nervous when people just hit her shoulder not caring about her. She just watched them go.
She took a deep breath and walked over to a few robes and looked at them. She took one hand and moved it over the robe. It was soft to the touch and you know it had never been wore. She smiled knowing she would be wearing one of them. She did not know how many she would need but maybe someone would tell her. She walked further into the shop and looked at everything. Her shoulder was hit so many times she though she would die. She just tried her best to ignore it. She then came to a stop and looked at two older kids.
"Excuse me, How many robes are we to have, and Who do we talk to" She asked as her blonde hair fell over her shoulder. You could see two blue eyes looking at them and the wavy hair made it look like a sea with two blue fish in it. She gave a gentle smile and looked at them. She was nervous but she would have to learn to talk, That was just normal. You had to get to know people before you could go anywherem because if you did not you would just be in trouble with not being able to learn anything. You needed friends.

Oh bother. I had to pick out the one thing that he could pick and tease me with; I led him into that one. Naida's eyes rose as he came up behind her from the rows of stacks also behind, and began speaking. Love? Right. No one had and would ever call her that with negative intentions, and when the syllable was spoken she whirled around in her shoes to face him. He was acting finiky, usually a way to piss her off, but the Gryffindor girl just looked away with a lousy smile. Why did he always have to be so rude and attractive at the same time!? Feet began to rustle past him, but she paused to say something before she continued.
I don't think that will happen, any time soon. Before continuing on, she added, ..and I don't think I look exactly your type, so you might just want to tread along. Purposely she flicked her hair like the other, more peppy girls at Hogwarts did, and continued on past him. Her shoulder extending when she passed, as well, knocking him with a bit of force but not enough to do any damage or make him topple.
Madaam Malkin was snearing and looking at the two over large, rimmed glasses. She eyed Naida when she walked by, and finally spoke something besides critizism or atttude.
Are you going to buy something, missy, or are you just going to look through every piece of cloth we're making here? Looking up, the old hag put her hands on her hips and flared her nostrils to round holes. Naida sneared, holding the robe that stood on her shoulders out, and slightly exposing her rocker t-shirt and jeans underneath. It was her daily attire; Hogwarts student by day, rock-n-roll goddess by night. She smiled, closing it back up before motioning off the shopowner. There really wasn't time for this. But as she continued searching through tops, another girl walked into the room, a fellow Gryffindor from the way she acted.
She seemed shy, walking around all timid like. Perfect...another first year. Naida watched as Madam Malkin disappeared around the back of the store, and then turned to Jude. A devilish smile grew on her, and her look said everything for her; this one's mine. Walking up to the 1st year with a warm grin on her face, Naida extended an arm and placed it upon the girl's shoulder. Oh, I'd say about three. C'mon, I'll show you the more appropriate robes for a girl of your beauty.
The Gryffindor smiled, motioning for her to hold on one moment, before walking back over to Jude. Before he could object, she had reached into the inside pocket, and pulled out the spiny machine that had caused the terror for the blonde boy before. Naida placed it in her back pocket, careful to not allow it to attack by rubbing it with her palm, and then continued with the girl; she walked over to the deep black robes that were of Gryffindor housing. The sparkling red emblem shown out quite well, and was more distinguishable than others.
Ah, see; only the Gryffindor girls can have such brilliant cloth, don't you agree? Holding a deep black robe up in front of her, while slipping the terror object under the back collar. She slipped it onto the newbie's shoulder, and brushed her hand against it once more. The smile was still planted on her face, but sparkling eyes proved to all that knew her, that it wasn't an act of kindness. Ignoring Jude, Naida turned her back to him, and focused on watching her own 'magic' work.

She looked at the two with interst but then went back to looking. She then was not paying attion to the girl and boy for the longest time, she just looked at robes. She turned when she saw a older woman, She was about to get her attiontion but she was gone before she could get her. She sent out a sigh and just watched her leave and then went back to looking.
She jumpped as she felt a hand on her shoulder, Something did not seem right and she could feel it in the few seconds she had been touch. No one just came and touched your shoulder, it was not right and Lindsey could feel it, I keep my wits up and looked out for anything suspisions. Al she had to say was three robes she still had be sized and stuff so it really would not have mattered but she just looked at the beautiful robes.
"They are wonderful, Thanks for helping" She said in a sweet voice, She placed her hand on her collor and felt something. What the! She looked at a mirror and move the collor back, She was a blonde but she was not stupid. "What in the heck is this" She looked at her, she had had a long day and she was tired, you really did not want to mess with her right now. She took a deep breath. She then placed her hand on her other shoulders so that she could see if anything eles was on her. She placed her stuff down and looked at her.
She looked at her with a glare that was almost evil. "I thought only Sylitherins played dirty tricks I think I was proven wrong" She said She then looked at at the mirror and back at the girl. "What is that thing" She did not know what it was and demanded a answer and she looked back at the girl. She looked around for the lady who owned the shop, She need a adult to help her out. She did not know what to do. She was a young girl who was no always knowing but she was not going to take tricks, Exspecially like this.
She waited for a answer, More student came in and out and it was loud at some points and queit at others. Thing could be very distracting right now but she kept her head and did not dare look away from the girl infront of her. She looked at one of the robes and saw it beauty, It would be a good one, but she had to wait until she got her answer before she just gorfot out the thing on her collor

Jude knew he had struck a nerve by now and had anticipated a far nastier remark than the one he had gotten. Naida definitely wasn't being amused by him anymore. He frowned as she spoke then folded his arms across his middle. "And why don't you look like my type?" Jude protested. "I happen to think you do," he added with a devilish smile. With a flick of her hair she pushed past him, Jude's shoulder moving back slightly as she did so. Naida was quite a bit more feisty than Jude had assumed she usually was. In his mind he came to the resolution that all girls acted at least a little differently around him.
His gaze followed Naida to see that Madam Malkin decided to snap at her. Funny really, when Jude's only purpose was to come scare a couple of innocent kids with his new purchase from Borgin and Burkes. He chuckled to himself as he watched her be scolded. She then moved on, when Jude noticed a new addition to the shop out of the corner of his eye. Shy, timid; it was bound to be a firstie. Jude already had his hands in his pockets ready to frighten her the way he had frightened the last one, but apparently Naida decided she'd have a go at this one. His hands were removed from his own pockets as Naida reached in to one and pulled out the silver instrument from before.
Everything seemed to be working to the likes of Naida until the young girl noticed something wasn't right about the robes. She had found the torture object but for now it remained of the collar of the girl's new robes. Jude strolled over and merely plucked the silver instrument from the collar of the robes and stuffed it back in to his pocket. "Nice try," he sneered to Naida while patting her on the back. With a egotistical look on his face he turned to the young first year. "No, see, you were right the first time. It is only Slytherins that play dirty tricks like this. It's the gryffindors who try and fail miserably," Jude said to her. It was a cruel enough thing to say but Jude was Jude, and he couldn't have cared less.
He turned on his heel again with a last smirk to Naida, leaving her to come up with a way out of this one. Jude persisted pretending to look through some robes under the keen eye of Madam Malkin (who probably assumed he was trying to steal something). Who could blame her though? Jude was six foot two, and rather odd looking. He could easily be mistaken for a criminal; and most times he wasn't being 'mistaken' for one. But not today, today his only plans were to 'initiate' some new students joining Hogwarts. Regardless, Jude fixed his gaze on the two, wondering what Naida might do or say to prove her not so obvious innocence to the young Gryffindor girl. Jude found it incredibly easy to deceive people, but how would Naida do?

They kids were bumping and shoving as people left and came, People were yelling and screaming and others were running from older ones, but Lindsey was different, she had been doing stuff with horse she was ready for anything and because she had had to hit a few horses she had strong punishes and she was not scared to us it. She looked at Naida, but then the guy came over.
When they guy was gone, Lindsey looked at Naida, "Why would you do something like this" She asked looking up at her, "I may be a first year but my grandmother told me about every house, Gryffindor, played tricks but it was not to one another that much, and if it was they were not that mean" She was remembering everything her grandmother had told her and she looked at her. Lindsey looked at the robes, "Can you help me carry some stuff," You could tell she was not mad or anything just alittle upset,
Madam Malkin, walked over and Lindsey gave her some robes, but she kept one that was the same size to try on. When she found it fit she gave her the third robe and gave a sweet smile. She then payed Lindsey looked at Naida, "Well, will you help me take this to the leaky Cauldren, My grandmother is waiting they so that in the morning we can catch the train.
She awaited her to answer. Beside her was her books and on them was a cage with a owl in them. She reached into her pocket and felt the wand in her pocket. She then left it alone. She had everything but she had to have some he,p getting it to the Cauldren. I was pushed by someone eles and I saw people leave and coming in again but it was not as crowded as it was before.

OOC|| This post sucks, but its my last post, and I have absolutely no muse to do so...you want to post in the Leaky Cauldron, now?
Fun over, Naida sighed and looked toward Jude with a scowl on her face. Of course the time that she actually fails, he is right then and there to see it and make fun of her for it. The little Gryffindor first year had more knowledge in the ways of Housing do's-and-don'ts; knowing that Naida's House which was also her own, didn't do things like play tricks on other houses. Not feeling up to roughousing or lying anymore, the girl shrugged and looked to Jude.
We'll have to talk later...I guess I'll go point her in the right direction. See you in school, I guess Jude.
A half-hearted smile crossed her lips, and she took one step toward him, thought better of him, and placed a hand on the girl's shoulder. Pushing her gently toward the door, Naida waved a hand to Madam Malkin in goodbye and grabbed her bag off the floor. She looked at the girl, who still seemed upset about the whole prank thing, and just winked, motioning toward Jude and rolling her eyes.
I'll talk to you later about it, okay?
Walking out, the cold chill and the bustling street suddenly entered her mind. Poor Jude, he would probably think her act of "kindness" to be of "cowardness", but that wasn't nearly the case. She wouldn't do anything else wrong to the girl, but watch her own back just in case he tried to pull a fast one. Weary hours of no sleep pulled on her, and the girl yawned, waiting for the girl to catch up with her. The walk to the Leaky Cauldron was some ways, but it was a nice day, and she had nothing better to do...

She looked at the girl and smiled. She then waved bye to Madam Malkin and to catch up with her. She was about to exit the place and she turned around. She grabbed her books, and cage. She then ran out, her arm wrapped around a hundred thing. She came out of the door, and looked for Naida, When she saw her she jogged threw the people and caught up.
"It ok, but who was and I never got your name, I am Lindsey Brechin"
She sain in a strong scottish accent. She contiuned to walk forward looking around but trying to keep up with the older girl. She saw alot of people and the crowd was not getting any smaller, nope it was getting thicker.
People were going into shops and the same amount were coming out. So it would never get small, her grandmother had told her about the street. They would not be crowd during the school year. It never died down, because ever witch in wizard in london came here.
