Grinning slightly bryan sat back and enjoyed himself. Too restless to sleep he managed to make it past a couple of passing prefects and teachers. Breathing in normally ad more evenly, he hoped none of them would think or bother to look here for any lingering students. Memories. Bad memories.
The day his mother got really sic and was sent to St.Mungos for who knows how long. The day his older brother ran away from mother and home. The day his mother divorced from dad. Everything seemed to be happening to his mother. Bryan couldn't help but feel sorry for her. But she was, after all a tad bit wierd and annoying.
Glancing at the stars he could make out some constellations. There's Ares....Cygnus...oh look! Orion! Bryan never really liked constellations. But tonight he was going to enjoy the simple beauty of them. What a boy he was. Making a sort of disgusted noise to himself he grinned boyishly again.
Starlight oh starlight. How might you grant my wish tonight?
Feeling a little sleepy he suddenly snapped up straight. A short tapping noise came from below. "Do you hear someone up there?" A voice boomed from bellow. "Nah. Nobody goes up there anymore. What kind of nerdy person would wake up around night to map out all the darn constellations?"
"I guess you're right."
Grinning on his short escape he leaned back on his chair again. Maybe I should just go to sleep here. Some foot steps sounded again and came closer to the door. Oh Crap.
I wish I may...I wish I might..I wish upon a star tonight..xxx

People could be so immature sometimes. They were frustrating to no end and they all just needed to go away. None of them mattered, none of them were good enough to even get this upset over. No, not a single one. Oh, but they just made Pandora Hazel Lennox's blood boil. So rude, so ignorant, so stuck up, and people thought she was bad!
Just because I'm a Slytherin doesn't mean I'm horrible, Pandora thought. No, I try to be decent to people. I am decent to people. They don't even try. They just go on being horrible snobs who need to get their head out of other people's asses.
A very complicated person. Putting thought into what other people thought was not a very common Slytherin trait. Pandora was tired of being judged by the others at school, even if they were just lower year students. People around her age knew she didn't live up to the Slytherin name... usually. She had her moments and this was certainly one of them.
Believing the rules were below her at this moment, Pandora practically marched through the hallways, the comments from earlier in the day still bothering her, not caring if she was caught. Let them find me. I don't care what they do... Have them try and give me detention. This was not one of her prouder moments but she was too miffed to care. She just had to get out of her bed, out of her common room, to a place to think, a place free of people and out in the almost open.
Of course the Astronomy Tower was the first place to come into her head. Actually, it was the second; the Owlery was the first but who wants to be stuck around in owl droppings? Pandora knew she could get it out of her mind in the Astronomy Tower. She could just throw it all into the sky and watch it fall to the ground and she'd never have to deal with it again. Wouldn't that be nice...
Pandora's feet stormed up the Astronomy Tower's stairs, heavily hitting the stone. Fuming, she assumed no one would hear her therefore being as loud as she wanted. She shoved open the door to the main chamber of the Tower and stopped after taking a few steps in and registering there was another person there.
Her eyes got wide and she opened her mouth for a second or two before the words, "What are you doing in my spot?" came out of her mouth before she could stop herself.
Not one of Pandora's prouder moments, that's for sure.

Oh crap...
Bryan breathed a sigh of relief. It was just a girl fuming. A younger girl at that and quite attractive too. Smirking broadly, his gray eyes were reduced to slits of laughter. "Now now now children! Sharing is the most important tool in this lesson!" He mocked her with a baby voice.
"Your spot? My..my...my....selfish aren't we?" He again mocked her with the same tone of voice..only more maturely. I beg to differ. He thought privately...although he enjoyed his chance to mock the poor girl. Most people would classify him as a Slytherin at first sight. But he was the proud-and not caring about breaking rules Gryffindor. Grinning in a boyish manner he turned away from the girl...probably fuming even more.
Staring back at the stars he was able to get his mind off the girl. Ignoring her he turned around and breathed evenly. Too bad I'm not a prefect. Or else if the girl got mad at me and blew up at me I could take away a lot of points from her. She's certainly not in Gryffindor so why does it matter? Sinking back to his deep thoughts he remembered quidditch season was coming soon and fast. Feeling a sensation of pride in him....it brought him back to Earth.
Oh yeah! I'm the beater for the Gryffindor team. Turning back to the girl he gestured toward the seat a couple feet away from him. "Why don't we come here and discuss your problems." Aah. he was still mocking her. It didn't seem to stop.
A little squawk burst in full blast to his ear. An Owl had settled lightly against the edge of the platform and was staring at Bryan without blinking. Glaring back at full force he smiled to himself. Ode to my many strange things I do. Such as a staring contest with a bird. And I'm supposed to be the mature one and act like a seventeen year old.
((Ack. Bad,short post.))

"My, my, my.... rude, aren't we?" she retorted back at him, her voice cruel.
Pandora was not in the mood to live up to her nice girl image at the moment. Though she had no right to talk, she was being just at rude as he was. Of course she would never admit to being just as wrong as this boy was. It's always the other persons fault unless the truth was staring painfully back in her face.
The taunting never ending, he just kept that cocky tone of voice. The annoyance sent a shiver up her spine with anger. She fist clenched and she released it, taking a step toward the boy, shutting the door behind her. Pandora's eyes were narrow with anger, the emotion coming out of them in a ray almost. She wished she could punch him but she had no strength and not enough courage.
"You'll be the one with the problems if you keep talking to me that way," she said when she heard this last comment.
Talk about my problems, with someone like you? Yeah right, she thought. I'd rather walk out into the Forbidden Forest at night.
Here was another ignorant person. Pandora had a vision of shoving him out of the window and watching him fall to the ground. That would certainly show all the people in the school just how much of a Slytherin she was.
[ooc: Mine's not any better. ^__^;;]

Bryan laughed. "Look who's talking. Who are you by the way? Never seen you before." Sneering at the girl he decided to settle for the expression of looking smug. Her spot? Goodness. Looking closer at her he recognized as one of the Chasers on the Slytherin Team.
Well no wonder she is in Slytherin. She sure acts like one. Stars glittered over him as the Owl hooted one single note in impatience. Raising a cocky eyebrow at the owl , he saw clutched in the owls talons was a note. Seeing that Bryan had finally noticed what was in his talons the owl looked very pleased with itself.
Turning away from the owl he smirked and grinned at the girl. "Is the note yours?" As arrogant, devilish and mischievous as he was...if it was for the younger girl he wouldn't snoop although part of him wanted to....to show who the boss was around here. Her spot....
She seemed agitated and Bryan was probably, until recently one of the reasons why. So much for being a Gryffindor, hating Jude Morte, flirting outrageously with girls and trying to catch the attention of girls. Girls. He was the expert of that topic. If a girl liked you but tried to pry your attention by ignoring you and such...it wasn't worth it to lose it all and act like a fool. Not being too sure about the Slytherin girl he decided she wasn't worth it all.
Feisty aren't we? My dear....I'm sure your manners are quite commendable. Why not show off them now? He silently mocked her..keeping that smug expression on his face. Night was falling darker and it seemed anytime soon it would be dawn.
Until its daylight...night shall fall....and dawn and light shall rule once and for all.

Oooh, if only I could knock that look off your face, Pandora thought.
She was never one for fighting though. Violence wasn't her thing though she made playful comments to friends about "beating them up" and such. No, it wasn't her style to go knocking someone's block off. Make love not war is one of her sayings. Besides, she couldn't very well punch a boy... a Gryffindor boy. That would just look horrible.
Looking him over through eyes squinted in annoyance, he'd asked her for her name. She looked him up and down a couple of times, debating in her head if she should give it to him. It would seem like she was giving in to his little tricks and games. Giving him her name... that's exactly what he wanted.
"Pandora," she said, giving in. "Pandora Hazel Lennox."
She'd given in. "What about you?" She knew he played quidditch for Gryffindor. She can recognize all the players.
She too looked at the owl and saw the note. She wasn't sure if it was hers, her parents using the post office's owls. Pandora held out her hand and swallowing her pride tried as politely as she could say, "If you please let me see it, I could tell you."
Pandora wondered if he'd read it. That's why she had to swallow her pride and be polite when asking for it.

Smirking again he felt himself relax. So at least one Slytherin has a heart. Or half of a ice-cold heart that is. Pandora. Pandora was the name of the greek lady who was foolish enough to open up the box. Yes....Pandora certainly fits the name.
"Bryan. Bryan Archangel....resident Gryffindor." He said with confidence. It seemed like he was advertising himself. Passing the note over to Pandora he wondered whether the note was his. The Owl certainly didn't look like any of his families Owls. What if he snooped in the letter? Ignoring his great itch to open up the letter and read it he glanced back at the Owl. It left and only left a couple of Owl Pellets. Gross.
Stars glittered and cool wind ruffled his thic mass of dark brown hair. He had inherited his Fathers dark, handsome looks while his Older brother and his mother was fair..Chestnut brown to golden blonde. Bryan was a mixture between Stocky and slender while his Brother was more Stocky then Slender. Grinning in satisfaction he leaned back against the wall and tapped his feet lightly against the platform.
Bump....bump...bump.. Awkward silence and all could be heard was the sounds of his foot tapping. It was soothing and rhythmetic and soon he forgot about Pandora and her feisty temper. Moon glittered away as he thought deeply and joked around quietly...a careless smile plastered on his face.
Giving a slight peek at Pandora he turned around and raised his eyebrows. "So you're a Slytherin?" She seemed rather too nice for Slytherin and her temper and her bit of obnoxiousness was definetly suited towards Slytherin...and he remembered again she was quite pretty. What the heck. I shouldn't even be thinking about a girl who is probably one year younger then me.

She took the note from him as he told her his name. Bryan... she thought. Pandora let his name float around in her head for a few seconds, giving it time to sink in. It was a nice name, a strong and solid name. It sounded sure, unlike Pandora, which sounded strange and unsteady. Great, now she felt a little self-conscious about her name.
Attempting to get her mind off her horrible name, she too leaned against the stone wall. Sucking in a quick breath, Pandora felt the cold stone instantly. She usually wore next to nothing to bed, it was more comfortable that way. Tonight was no exception; she did walk here in her pajama's. Just a thin pale purple cami covered some of her torso. The wall was icy on her bare shoulders.
Looking down at the note, that originally was the plan, she saw it indeed was for her. From her mother, Pandora silently wondered what it was about. She'd read it later, not in front of Bryan. It could be too personal. Besides, her mind was on how cold the wall was. She couldn't stand up straight, she didn't want to look like an idiot.
Missing his voice, she looked back up at him and saw he was thinking. Instead of making it obvious, Pandora watched and admired him out of the corner of her eye. He was, if a guy could be, beautiful. It was rather annoying to her, actually. She didn't know if she hated him or if she wanted to fallow him around like one of those annoying first years. All the same, she did like how he looked.
Startled when he looked at her, she tried to make it seem like she wasn't looking at him. Ignoring that she was looking at him all together, Pandora answered his question, "Yup. It should be obvious, shouldn't it? We're all horrible people and none of us really care about other people, right?"
There was a bit of a bite in her voice. She automatically thought he would criticize her about being nice and in Slytherin. She had enough of it from her own house, it was the whole reason she was up here. It was the last thing she wanted him to do.

Bryan grinned easily at Pandora. Passing the note to her he felt a urge to open up the letter and read it himself. It certainly wasn't his, he knew. Bryan felt bad for taunting the girl, she seemed to look a little bit uncomfortable. Glancing around he leaned back against the cold wall.
"Hey..look..sorry for mocking you." It was a simple apology and he was glad he didn't stutter or anything. Then he would be the one who was acting like a fool. Stretching his arms he smirked a little to response on Pandora's comment. "Oh yes...you've probably realized I'm a selfish brat...' Laughing at himself he grinned a little more mischievously.
Some people didn't have the ability to laugh at themselves. He certainly did. Or much rather, comment out loud how stupid he was sometimes. It was nice to have other people laughing along with him about his incidents like one time when he was in Sixth Year and accidentally knocked over the Professor and sent her flying. That was last year and still, that story was part of the Hogwarts legend. The story would probably be passed on for a long time.
Attempting to start a real conversation he remembered she was in quidditch as...as...Chaser. She was quite good and he felt assured she would react like any other fan about Qudditch. or not. "So you play quidditch for the Slytherin Team?" He asked her nonchalantly although he ws quite interested in what she had to say. He liked to hear others opinions. That way he could base his own opinion around theirs. Or the other way around at that too.
Bryan played for the Gryffindor quidditch team as Beater. One of the two beaters. He had typically strong arms so he can hit the ball hard and send it flying else where. Or even block the opposing team's Seeker from getting the Snitch although that would be a foul. He only rarely did it incase. Bryan was a stay-safe player in quidditch terms.
